- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are so incompetent it's unbelievable. I went there on Monday to make an appointment for an ultrasound and make sure they took my insurance. After they scanned it along with my ID and I told them my physician's info they told me everything looked good. They asked me if I wanted an appointment that same day. I told them that Thursday wound work better since I had my OBGYN appointment earlier that day. I got there Thursday with a bladder full being 6 months pregnant and they had the wrong insurance on file and they were charging me 175 out of pocket. They had me wait until they could get an approval from my insurance. 1 hour later she called me up and told me that I had to reschedule because she couldn't verify the approval from my physician. My thing is why was this not verified on the previous days before my appointment?!February 01, 2017by silvia Tejeda
