Ms. Torres listened to my concerns and provided me with very clear explanations that allowed me to save over $800.00 a year over my current rate for homeowners and automobile insurance. Plus I have much better coverage than my previous insurer provided. Therefore, changing to another insurance company created a little unease on out part. You were patient, knowledgeable, and very equable while dealing with our many questions- even when we came up with things that caused you to have to go back to “the drawing board.” It was a pleasure dealing with you. You are very well suited in your role working with potential new clients. Although it is unlikely that we will be dealing with you should we ever have to file a claim, we hope that when we come into the agency we can stop by and say hello.
